For official transcript request by mail:
- Download the form, fill it out and submit by email or fax or mail the completed form.
- Submit Payment by:
Fill out the Credit Card Authorization form and email/fax or Mail a check or
You can also make payment in person on campus by cash, check or credit card.
The request will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Transcripts processing fee is $10.00 per transcript.
- Student transcripts may be sent to a third party with prior writing authorization from the student.
- The Official transcripts are mailed through US mail or can be picked up from the registrar’s office.
