Mission Statement

The Mission of Victory College of Nursing is to offer a quality Baccalaureate Nursing, Associate of Nursing and Practical Nursing Programs that will use an evidence-based approach to educate, empower and prepare its graduates as adaptive leaders with excellent knowledge and skills, understanding, integrity and professional attitude necessary to function and be successful in a rewarding career as professional nurses who will advance the health of individuals, families, communities, and the nations at large.
The nursing programs are also established to help bridge the labor gab of nursing shortage nation-wide that is expected to intensify over time.

The vision of Victory College of Nursing is to build an institution that pioneer leaders with excellent knowledge and leadership skills, who are culturally competent in their delivery of health care services using a holistic approach and best evidence to optimize health outcomes for individuals, families, communities and the nations, in diverse health care settings.
